It’s Friday!!! Yay!!! #InspirationDailywithJumoke!
TITLE: “The God of CHANGE”
INSPIRATION: Hmmm… The same day all the Jews were to be killed was the same day they became the most powerful people. Esther 8-9
Esther 9:1-3 “So the two decrees of the king were put into effect. On that day, the enemies of the Jews had hoped to overpower them, but quite the opposite happened. It was the Jews who overpowered their enemies... for everyone was afraid of them. And all the nobles of the provinces, the satraps, the governors and the king's administrators helped the Jews, because fear of Mordecai had seized them.”
That’s right! The God of sudden change! Instantaneous Change! The same day that was scheduled for the Jews to be killed is the same day that they became so powerful that even the governors and the politicians of the nation that was to kill them, were afraid of them! Overnight they were more powerful than their enemies! Tell me, what can our God not do?
Haman, the enemy of the Jews (Esther 8:1) wanted to kill all the Jews, eradicate their existence. The funny part was, the Jews were not even as rich as Haman’s people; but he was just so jealous of them. His plan to destroy the Jews was working perfectly well but He didn’t know that the God of the Jews can OVERPOWER and CHANGE the plans of every man including the king or president of any nation because of His people! What I admire most about the Jews is that they didn’t give up on God even though their death sentence was near They kept praying and fasting and believing for something great to happen! Queen Esther also took up the courage to save her people even if it means her life would be taken away as well! But the Lord God Almighty who cannot fail changed the story of the Jews overnight! He gave them power and authority they never had in before in another man’s land. I tell you! He is still the same God! He did for them; He will do it for you and me!
Psalm 126:1-2” When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream. Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for them”. The Lord has done great and marvelous things before, He can do it again. Could it be that house rent, that boss, that situation that’s looking like everything will fall apart, I tell you, if you don’t give up, you will overcome and end up victorious! You will end up overpowering and conquering the situation! God has done it before, He can do it again! Depend on Him and trust Him!

Isaiah 54:4a "Do not be afraid; you will not be put to shame. Do not fear disgrace; you will not be humiliated”.
Have a lovely day!
