TITLE: “PROBLEMS are meant for MAN”
INSPIRATION:You will overcome for you were created a problem solver.
1 Corinthians 10:13 “The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.”
I once overheard a counsellor say “Problems are not meant for goats, they are meant for human beings”. That struck me because it is true! Look at technology, it’s not a goat that is thinking of solutions to problems. It’s not a lion that is creating machines to make work easier, it is human beings! Haven’t you heard many times that “We are solution providers”?
Genesis 2:5-7says “Now no shrub had yet appeared on the earth and no plant had yet sprung up, for the Lord God had not sent rain on the earth and there was no one to work the ground, …Then the Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being”. Verse 15 goes on to say “The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it”. There were already problems to solve, someone to work on the ground, garden and prune it, someone to name the animals God created, someone to watch after the animals. He thought and Tada!! He created man! If God felt that man couldn’t do the job, he would have used angels.
No matter how big a problem is before you, know that God knows you are capable of handling it. Just like Adam, He has provided all you need for the solution to the problem. Even in relationships, problems will come, but know God would not you allow be tempted more than you can endure. You are right there because the solution has come! Don’t give up and don’t lose hope! Our Passage says “The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience” 2 Peter 2:9 says “The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations,” That’s right! Every time, God delivers us! The problem is there for you to find a solution! Begin to work on the solution rather than magnifying the problem! You are able! God made you able!
